The development of Devil's 13 can be traced back to the late 1970s, and the Devil's 13 relay product was introduced in 1979. The "Devil's 13" brand came to prominence in 1991 with the formation of the Devil's 13 relay factory. In 1993, Devil's 13 was the first in the industry to obtain a national production license, thus laying a solid foundation for the rapid development of Devil's 13. In 1999, Devil's 13 product line began to extend, and successfully restructured to establish a more standardized Zhejiang Devil's 13 Electric Co., LTD., and then promoted to a non-regional joint stock company.

Since 2009, the company has been continuously assessed as a national high-tech enterprise.
