The four dip switches of dial-type products (such as JDM9-4, DH48J, HHJ1, DH14J, etc.) are set to 0000, causing no count.

The solution:

Just set it to anything other than 0000 to count, such as 0130.

Intelligent products (such as HHJl-B, HHJ5-C, JDM9-6, etc.) or dial type products (such as DH48J, HHJ1, DH14J, etc.) set the magnifying relationship to ×10 or ×100, causing misperception of not counting.

The solution:

The magnification relationship should be set to ×1 to count.

sensor(photoelectric switch or proximity switch) The selection is not correct, the counter meter usually uses DC DC6-36V three-wire PNP normally open photoelectric switch or proximity switch (such as: LJA12M-5P1 or LJA18M-10P1); If you choose NPN normally open type or AC AC90-250V or DC DC6-36V two-wire photoelectric switch proximity switch definitely does not count; If the NPN DC DC6-36V three-wire normally open photoelectric switch is selected to approach the switch, please count in the indirect 2Ω resistance of CP and +12V.
